I’m a beauty editor and freelance travel writer with nearly a decade of experience as a makeup artist. My journey began in the world of beauty, where I spent ten years perfecting my craft and developing a sharp eye for detail, color, and visual storytelling. As a beauty editor—most recently for a leading Scandinavian magazine—I learned to shape narratives that celebrate aesthetics, identity, and expression. That background has given me a unique lens through which I experience the world: I approach every destination with the same sensitivity to visual texture and cultural nuance that once guided me behind the makeup chair.

As a travel writer, I’m drawn to moments of both vibrancy and stillness. I seek out places with soul—hidden cafés, wild landscapes, rituals, and routines that reveal something deeper about how people live. Whether I’m writing about the spice stalls of Marrakech or the hills of Tuscany, I aim to combine reportage with personal reflection. My goal is to take the reader with me—not just to see a place, but to feel it. I believe the beauty of travel lies in the small things: the scent of breakfast, the sound of a market, the color of early morning light on a stone wall.

I’ve never been afraid of a little adventure. I appeared on two seasons of Robinson (Sweden’s edition of Survivor), an experience that tested my limits and strengthened my love for raw, unfiltered exploration. Living off the grid on remote islands gave me a lasting appreciation for resilience—both in nature and in people—and that spirit of curiosity and presence continues to guide my work.

Now based in Asolo, Italy—a town known as “The City of a Hundred Horizons”—I write from one of Europe’s most scenic and historically rich hilltops. Life here inspires me every day. The rhythm, the architecture, the art, the food—everything feeds into the stories I tell. I’m endlessly fascinated by the way beauty and culture intertwine across borders, and how place, style, and emotion are woven into the way we travel.
